HVAC was running a little loud. Could have been anything. Could have been something expensive. When Swanton's Alex came by my house, he inspected (at a special discounted rate) all units and explained that older units simply make more noise. No fugazy repair quotes to fix a non-existent problem. Alex just told me I'm good to go and not to sweat the noise unless I feel like upgrading. Great service. Quality operation.

They have always been excellent and fair—from keeping my old furnace chugging along through removing the old equipment and replacing it with new. We used Swanton because the prior homeowner used them. Brian came out and did maintenance on our boiler… he has been maintaining the boiler for some time. We just bought the house, and I’ve never had a boiler before. Brian was gracious enough to walk me through the boiler maintenance and showed me all the different components and how they worked. He indicated, due to the recent upgrades he made under the prior owners, the boiler is in great shape. We are very happy with Swanton’s skilled service people and their pricing… very affordable! Swanton is great! Our furnace went out late Saturday night; it was 55 degrees in our house. I called them Sunday a.m., and they came right over to take a look and thankfully were able to get it running (for now). Looks like we need a new furnace. Brian came out on Tuesday as a follow-up to make sure the furnace was functioning safely. We still need a new one, though. Swanton is great if you are looking for a heating and cooling company. I strongly recommend.

Heat went out late on a Saturday night. A friendly tech came out 1st thing Sunday morning. My system is somewhat older, so I was expecting to be told it was a big issue – new control panel, motor, or something. The tech explained everything he was seeing as he explored a few possibilities before figuring out that it was a relatively minor issue, didn’t even need any parts!
